Privacy Policy

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted to Lindsay Miller Photography, hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer” by any person hereinafter referred to as the “Client.” 

By submitting information manually or in electronic form to the Photographer/or by using the Photographers website, the Client gives consent that all information may be processed by the Photographer in the manner and for the purposes described below.

The only personal information the Photographer collects is the home and email address and telephone number of the Client. The Clients credit card information will also be collected if that form of payment is used to make the purchase but that data is only used to process the Clients transaction and is not stored in the Photographer’s database.

The Photographer uses the personal information collected from the Client to facilitate taking the Clients photographs, communicating with the Client regarding photographs and other related products and services, and processing any transaction the Client may do with the Photographer.

Any personal information the Photographer collects is not used for any other purpose and is not shared unless it concerns a law enforcement agency in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, suspected copyright infringement, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

The Photographer does not design any part of its website to attract anyone under age 13. The Photographer will not knowingly contact children under the age of 13 without a parent’s permission.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the Photographer does not own or control, or to people that the Photographer does not employ or manage. Companies such as the Photographers website and email hosting company, and others have their own privacy statements which can be viewed on their respective websites.
