Official Rules – Instagram Giveaway
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Lindsay Rademacher/Lindsay Miller Photography, based in Belle Plaine, Minnesota (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram in any way.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Minnesota who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, or immediate family of the Sponsor are not eligible.
4. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted starting [July 18, 2025 at 12:00 PM CT] and ending July 23, 2025 at 9:00 PM CT].
5. How to Enter
To enter:
- Follow @lindsaymillerphoto on Instagram
- Like the official giveaway post
- Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments (each additional tag = one extra entry)
- Share the post to your Instagram story and tag @lindsaymillerphoto for one bonus entry
All steps must be completed for a valid entry. Maximum of 1 entry per person.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free 60-minute photo session (valued at $500) with Lindsay Miller Photography. The session must be booked and used within 6 months and take place within 20 miles of Belle Plaine, MN. No cash alternative or substitutions allowed.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or around July 23, 2025 at 9:00 PM CT. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, Instagram handle, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering this giveaway and will not be shared or sold.
